Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your solid lotion bars. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

There’s no need to mail anything back.

How to reach us
Email amy.harmonywellness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and tell us a little about what happened. We’ll take care of you from there.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card company to process it.
