Harmony Aromatherapy Women’s Wellness Bundle is put together of our three most popular oils to improve your overall women's health and well being. You can diffuse, apply topically with a carrier oil or you can do the inhalation method.  

Femease Synergy Blend 15ml (.5oz)

Description: Women’s power in a bottle is where this blend will help you. Aiding you in the time of the month when all the female hormones can be on edge. Menstrual cramps, shedding of the lining, and hot flashes can lead us to want to run away from it all for 5 plus days. This blend is formulated to ease those discomforts and bring you soothing relief. 

Suggested Use: 5 drops added to 1 tbsp of the carrier to promote the relief of menstrual cramps.

Applications:  Aromatically, Topical with dilution or Neat - no dilution needed. 

What's in the formula:  Laurel Leaf (Laurus nobilis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Radiata), Lemon (Citrus limon)

Lavender 15ml (.5oz)

Plant Part: Flowering Top

Method: Steam Distilled

Aroma: Soft, Sweet, Floral

Blends well with: Frankincense, Clary Sage, Peppermint, Fennel, Rosemary

Cautions: Always dilute with a carrier oil when applying to the skin.  Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before use if pregnant. External use only.

Common Use: Dilute 3-5 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil (almond or coconut) when applying topically. In your diffuser of choice, add 2-3 drops.

Description: Lavender essential oil is known as a relaxation oil.  For centuries it has been used to calm and soothe emotions.  It is the go-to for burns, abrasions, etc., and is often used as a nighttime remedy to help promote a night of restful sleep.  Night room spray suggestion:  20 drops of Lavender in 1 oz of distilled water in an essential oil-appropriate spritzer bottle. 

Infocus

Description: Aids concentration & focus; grounds the mind, body, and soul. Its minty and grounding aroma will calm the mind yet bring the awareness needed to focus on a task to be completed. This can help in educational or occupational settings and even while working on hobbies. Sometimes we just need to clear our minds before tackling a task. Infocus was designed to aid in that process. 

Suggested Use: 1 cup of distilled water combined with 8 drops of Infocus in an essential oil-safe spritzer bottle sprayed into the room where you are working on a project or studying.  Can be used in an aromatic inhaler if you need to use it in a populated area for a more personal experience. 

Applications:  Aromatically, Topical with dilution or Neat - no dilution needed.
