Aroma: Pungent, Earthy, Camphorish

Blends well with: Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Laurel Leaf

Cautions: Always dilute with a carrier oil when applying to the skin.  Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before use if pregnant. External use only.

Common Use: Dilute 3-5 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil (almond or coconut) when applying topically. In your diffuser of choice, add 2-3 drops.

Description: Rosemary essential oil can be traced back as a healing oil for centuries. Classical pictures often show Roman gods with Rosemary twigs in their hair.  The aroma from this Rosemary was used to help them in their focus for their studies. Rosemary is very invigorating for the mind. During the winter months Rosemary is a must to have on hand for the cold season as it can aid in the immune system and serves as a decongestant.  It has many uses for the respiratory system. During times of congestion, coughing, and/or wheezing you can have an aromatic practitioner formulate a Rosemary inhaler for you.  For a chest salve, choose 1 oz of your favorite salve, warm just enough to melt and add 5 drops of Rosemary and 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil.  Combine and let cool; apply as needed.
